ARUP GmbH was founded in 1987.
Previously it was a division of a group of companies which had been manufacturing HF-welded aluminum tubes since 1976.
In 1996 ARUP was purchased and successfully integrated into the Thermal Components Group of Companies which later - in August 2000 – became ThermaSys Corporation.

ARUP - together with its sister company TS Tubing Products (Montgomery, AL, USA) - is the biggest manufacturer of thin-wall HF-welded aluminum tubing products world-wide.

ARUP - because of its technical expertise and experience in combination with the resources of the ThermaSys group is able to supply individual solutions and highly customized products which fully comply with the latest technical know-how, requirements and standards.
