ARUP supplies a wide variety of customized HF-welded thin-wall round tubes
and profiles made from aluminum and aluminum alloys for heat-exchange
applications, e.g. for automotive, HVAC or industrial applications.

Flat-Oval Tubes for radiators and heater
components - plain, dimpled or hour-glass (B-Type)
Dimple- or Fish-Bone Tubes for High Performance
Radiators and Heater Cores to increase the turbulence of the fluid and
therefore the heat transfer by breaking the boundary layers inside the
tubes
Hour Glass Tubes for high pressure
applications (improved durability tests) and higher performance reached
by higher internal Reynolds Number.

New Rectangular Tubes or Box Sections
to replace the plastic

as well as for transmission oil coolers.
Oval shapes are also available upon request.

Our Header Manifolds for PF-Condensers
are stamped from a round HF seam-welded tube and delivered to the customer
in the required length as a component kit consisting of round tube with
endnotch and slots plus endcaps and baffles and including holes for assembling
the brackets. Ready for assembly by customer.
